Why we love this Wine

The Alava brothers donning the yellow vest with this bright and brimming Txakoli. A white blend celebrating the native grapes from their vineyards in this limestone rich region. 70% Hondarrabi Zuri blended with equal parts Izkiriota, Izkiriota Ttippia and Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratia. 110% good times. Think grapefruit, fresh pears, golden delicious, white flowers, and chalky limestone. Good depth, bright acid and a tickle of salinity. Dig in, drink up.
