Translucent Nebbiolo with a dusty dry tannin structure and soft notes of cedar wood, an utterly romantic wine from the top-tier vineyards Sassella, Grumello and Inferno. Ar.Pe.Pe's founder, Arturo Pelizzati Perego had the stated objective to develop the full potential of growing area Valtellina, and tasting a wine of such depth and impact, it's fair to say mission accomplished. So much potency in a small parcel; sour cherry and amaro alongside taut tannin and truffle. Bliss-juice.
