One of those intricate French wines that has you sipping, sitting back, and looking into the glass like some sort of fairy has just appeared in the glass. Semi-carbonic maceration before 18 months in seasoned Burgundy barrels has done plenty. Juicy and enchanting with smoky undertones, this is precise and clean, mineral and delicate.
