Why we love this Wine
So rare, so miraculous. Untinkered natural goodness, because they don’t need to. Biodynamic Cotes du Jura vineyards managed by the Ganevat clan, aged for 2 years on fine lees and preserving all its flavour and texture in the bottle. White nectarine, elderflower, blossom and spice wrap fresh fruit zinging with minerality. We're a little bit in awe.
