This extravagant Champagne knows its many strengths. Made by the Clouet family with extended lees ageing, around 6g/L dosage and over 50% reserve wine (that’s a lot). A tidal wave of texture reveals layer upon layer of florals and citrus. Lemon blossom and plum, apple and white peach. Pepper, honey and spice.
