Why we love this Wine
A blend of Gamay and Aligoté co-fermented (whole bunch) in open vats, along with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vinified in stainless steel. In old oak for 10 months, unfined, unfiltered with no adds at any stage. Black and red cherry fruit, juniper and red roses, super fine lacy tannins. Very well made natural wine.
