Why we love this Wine
Chablis walking light on oyster shells and minerality, with apples, fragrant lemon zest and freshly churned butter. Paul Perarnau and Willy Roulendes yield the character and complexity from these 60-year-old organic vines that sit opposite Premier Cru sites of Forêts and Montmains. Expect mouth-watering acidity and that chalky texture that Chablis does so well. Crisp, zippy and linear. This wine is the refreshing breeze on a warm afternoon.
