Briamutto doesn't do subtle. An amaro built entirely around bergamot, the bittersweet citrus most people only know from Earl Grey, pushed hard and unapologetic. Made by Sicily's Terre Segrete, who steep Calabrian bergamot and Sicilian mandarin with herbs gathered on Mount Etna, then let the whole thing sit in the kind of secrecy amaro producers love to claim. 28% ABV. Bitter orange rind, warm spice, a long herbal finish that lingers somewhere between the medicine cabinet and marmalade jar. Serve it cold. No tea biscuits required.
