Why we love this interesting drink
Nectar of the gods from the oldest of old soleras at Alvear, although the Bodega dates back to 1729! Mystifying stuff. Heady raisin and coffee notes lead into an intense, dark dessert sherry that’s richly sweet yet clean. Drink it with your tapas like a Spaniard or serve in place of that dessert you couldn’t be bothered to make.
