Versus their usually racy whites, this is a plush little offering out of our friends in McLaren Vale, made from enviably highbrow Yangarra fruit. A touch of new oak, lees ageing, skin maceration and barrel ferment add layers of texture, while your palate will sing with a medley of poached apples, nutty brown butter and beeswax. We’re melting.
