Why we love this Wine
Erring on the side of lo-fi and progressive, this textural and subtly decadent Adelaide Hills Chardonnay spent ten months in barrel on lees with minimal adds. The result? All fresh apples and pineapple meringue pie, with a welcome burst of acid travelling the length. Cellar for up to ten, or drink now with oil-based spaghetti dishes.
