Why we love this Wine
Tarot Rosé is Alpha Box & Dice’s transformation wine – infusing white wine with red to create something lip-smackingly new. They use the ripasso method to their advantage here, steeping the white wine blend of Chardonnay and Riesling on Aglianico and Grenache skins. Think red apples, white pepper, blossoms and a hint of mango. Sure, it’s a little unconventional, but since when did AB&D bow to convention?
