Winemaker Sam’s reverse Ripasso white, washing old wine over fresh Semillon skins to breathe new life into barrels that have lost their way. Aged in old barriques for six months, the result is a fascinating game of contrasts, tying tannin to stone fruit, olive brine to tangy tangerine, nuance to eccentricity. Breaks the mould.
