Why we love this Wine

Grown in the heart of the Vale, Blood of Jupiter is a homage to Sangiovese’s namesake god and planet. Blood of the divine takes form within 20% new oak and 80% seasoned, unfurling in the glass with a surprisingly ‘of this world’ grounded palate of sweet cherries, savoury earth and warm spice. Holiness is found with its balancing acidity that grips onto firm tannin. Humbling stuff.
