Why we love this Wine
Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro out of some of the Greenock district’s most beautiful organic/biodynamic vineyards. Partly whole bunch, all indigenous yeast, matured in concrete and oak. Lifted and colourful, juicy and chewy, meaty with orange amaro bitters. Lovely chalky tannins.
