From certified organic and biodynamic fruit in a north-western vineyard in the Greenock district, it’s a cool expression of that Barossa Semillon is capable of. Waxy and textural, floral notes and exotic spice aromas, a little length and persistence back there. A portion fermented on skins in Georgian qvevri.
