Why we love this Wine
This one’s 80% natural Nero, 20% svelte Syrah. It’s a Rosso after our hearts from Alessandro Viola, son to a viticulturist and now master of his own seven hectares - all local varietals, organically farmed. Alessandro hates to mess with nature, delivering unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfite vino that’s aged in chestnut (very Sicilian). Sings of black plums and crunchy black cherry, violets, tobacco and timber. Naturally bold.
