Why we love this Wine
This jumps out of the glass, dangerously good. Super energetic, single vineyard Dolcetto d'Alba from Barbaresco. Mature vines that lived through the sixties and seventies, raised for six months in stainless steel. We're left with something explosive; zesty summer berries, swirly florals and spice. A fresh, perfect pair for frankly anything you'd care to match it with.
