Agricola Gaia is a collaboration between Gianluca Ravizza and Eric Narioo of Les Caves de Pyrene. Based in Monferrato, Piedmont, the pair craft low intervention wines in keeping with regional tradition and low-impact farming. Packed with red cherries and delicate, lip-nipping tannin, this will tolerate a light chill just splendidly.
