A fleshy style with savoury spice to balance that fruit salad of rockmelon, peach and nectarine. A rare Adelaide Hills planting of the Mendoza clone, this beauty gets its complexity from what we call ‘hen and chicken’ bunches, delivering both green and riper grape characters. Plenty of body, it’s got the acid and dry finish to carry it off - and onto our table.
