Just 5% whole bunches were held back, while the rest of this gorgeous Grenache fruit from Whites Valley was destemmed, and the whole lot was fermented on skins. After 90 days, the delicate tannin and seriously heady aromas are left as vibrant as you'd expect. Basket pressed, then ten months in barrel and we're left with this savoury, fleshy, textural wunderkind, a little bomb of orange peel and spice. LUSH.
