Why we love this Wine
Sorry Bert, we're all about Ernie. Savoury, dark and textural, this is a brooding blue-fruited dark horse. Think black olives and black-fruits, and while there's plenty of heft to the palate, there's a delicacy to the structure that invites you to really linger over this wine. 100% Blewitt Springs Grenache fermented as whole bunches, then left on skins 4 weeks. Basket pressed. All class.
