Why we love this Wine
Basket pressed, 90% whole bunchy goodness from Ashton, aka Adelaide Hills Pinot heaven. Made by James, an Adelaide small batch producer and seeker of interesting South Aussie sites. Seven months in old French oak barriques allowed those red fruit and spicy flavours to intensify and shine with minimal oak impact. Cheers Jim.
