Why we love this Wine
Inspired by the rich wines of Alexandre Bain from Pouilly-Fumé in the Loire. Kuitpo and Tanunda fruit met in the winery for plenty of tinkering, including nine months élevage with battonage. The result? Heady honey on the nose, before richly layered and brilliantly zippy Sauvignon Blanc. Dash of Muscat Blanc in there too for extra drama. Just 240 bottles, friends.
