Why we love this Wine
Freycinet Coast Pinot from Two Tonne Tassie (or TTT), the brainchild of Ricky Evans. The Tamar Valley winemaker mixes it up with east coast fruit, selected from two sites for an impressively structural regional edition. Its savoury notes and graphite-esque tannin mark a wine decidedly more forthright and brazen than its Tamar Valley counterpart. Life is yin and yang.
