From a sought-after producer in the upper Loire Valley in France, natural wine made from 100% biodynamic Sauvignon Blanc. It’s the gently-botrytis-affected fruit that makes all the difference here, along with Sébastien Riffault’s magical touch. Aged for two years in tank and then one year in old wood. Never fined or filtered. Zero SO2. Other worldly.
