Why we love this Wine
Santini Collective is the side project of French/American wine merchants who know how to find great fruit. From the village of Chardonnay high up in the Macon region (supposedly the birthplace of Chardonnay), this zippy number has cucumber and jasmine up front, unraveling into pear, beeswax and spice. Mineral driven and precise. Chardy for life.
