Why we love this Wine

You’ve most likely drank No.2 and No.3 around the traps, mayhaps tried 1-10. No.99 is the funky one, aka John Hughes’s ode to breaking the mould of refined, puritan Clare Riesling (which he does so well). This little freak undergoes a wild ferment with exotic yeast strains before 12 months in large format oak. A favourite, from one freak to another.
