Why we love this Wine
Cult wines for a reason. Why? It’s all in the freshness and salinity, gracefulness and acidity. Wines that are light on their feet yet full of depth. The CX on the label indicates the Cartoixa Vermell varietal here, a white grape with pink flesh. It spends 3 months on skins to create this musky and slippery thing. White fruits and citrus, with the aromatic herbs we know and love from Partida Creus.
