Salty and savoury Pét-Nat from Barbaresco and one of the region’s upcoming personalities. Wildy exciting to drink, with some tropical notes in there too. Loads to unpack here and not just bubbles for quaffing in the sun (although you totally could). Lifted, layered, and intriguing Italian stuff!
