The work of Agnes and Rene Mosse, it’s a sure thing knowing how revered they are for Chenin Blanc, certified Biologique by Qualite France too. This one is Chenin Blanc and Loin de L'oeil rested in old wooden barrels for seven months before bottling. Energy for days with freshness and texture too. Classic as always.
