Why we love this Wine
The vines that this fresh, savoury and herbal Pet-Nat come from are hand-harvested from are below sea level, 300m from the Adriatic Sea, and have been there for over 100 years. Gnarled and wild, their roots are believed to be over 2m long, trailing through the sand in search of water. With a sense of place this special, it’s no surprise that the winemakers do absolutely little to this wine, it hasn’t even been disgorged.
