Why we love this Wine
Planted to red clay loamy soils in 2011 by the Chalmers clan, this skinsy Heathcote Vermentino is a delightful balance of cooking spice and poached orchard fruit, tart tangelo and underlying savoury oomph. With that cheeky quince element doing plenty, this one’s screaming for cheese louder than you are on a Friday night.
