A treat for red loyalists and Italian vino quaffers alike. About as opaque as they come, it’s a big purple-tinged bear hug of spice and blackcurrant and herbs. From the picturesque eastern Puglia region, this is mainly Negroamaro, a real champ of the region, and accomplished local blender Malvasia Nera. So smooth.
