Why we love this Wine
A couple of things to note here: it’s always good and a crowd favourite, and, Pat Underwood reckons this is his favourite release to date. Gently made and thoughtful Chardonnay via whole bunch pressings to stainless steel, then fermented in mostly older oak. Oatmeal, lemon zest and brambly notes. No added sulphur, yet this can unfold over a few days. Special stuff.
