Why we love this Wine
Gently made and thoughtful Chardonnay via whole bunch pressings to stainless steel, then fermented in mostly older puncheons and barriques. With the most minimal sulphur added and great character showing through, this is a beauty from Pat Underwood. Delicious and alive. Powerful and balanced. Ripe but acid driven. Real quality and elegance.
