Why we love this interesting drink
An all-seasons cider made by the Doc. Grown organically on the Limestone Coast, former marine biologist Kyatt made this season’s batch with dessert apples from his orchard, and his neighbour's. Mostly Golden, Grannies and Galas, with some sour apples and quinces for good measure. It’s a cider as wild as its ferment, with quincy aromatics and sour plum energy.
