Why we love this Wine
Winemaking in the blood. Creativity in the heart. This one channels France’s Jura region and for us that would be enough to try a bottle. But this is Owen Latta, so we opened this quickly, then opened another. Chardonnay from his uncle’s farm next door. Wine a long time in barrel. Sea spray and nuttiness. Oxidative characters. Tastes like restraint and patience.
