Why we love this Wine
Grower-produced Champagne of minerality and opulence. In the small village of Chavot it’s made with biodynamically farmed fruit and old wooden presses for a lively and textured expression of the terroir. Primary fermentation in old Burgundy barrels. Dark berries and gamey notes, spice and finesse, long and classy. A darling of wine critics. Obvious crowd pleaser too.
