Why we love this Wine
Just like all the wines in Josh Cooper’s lineup, this is thoughtful stuff, not for quaffing. From phenomenal fruit in the Macedon Ranges, the wine is smokey and gamey, savoury yet ripe, textural and grippy. Such an intricate display from a great talent, and a young winemaker to watch.
