This is classic Jean-Baptiste Cordises isn’t it? Larger than life Chardonnay with big personality, just like JB. From an organically farmed vineyard in Vine Vale, near Tanunda in the Barossa Valley. Liberal use of oxygen and untopped barrels brings a unique oxidative edge with fascinating results. No S02 just ‘Pur Jus’ and damn good. Experimentation with intent.
