Why we love this Wine
One of the original natty madmen of the Adelaide Hills, James Erskine’s Jauma bubbles are known for their vivacity and tension. A simple blend of Verdehlo with a squeeze of Muscat left to do its fizzy thing in the bottle. We’re enjoying the gentle spritz this year but don’t take our word for it, it’s Pet Nat.
