Why we love this Wine
The obscure vinous Pareto’s principle of 80% Sangiovese and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon from the rolling hills of Tuscany. It’s pretty lovely gear….all dark cherry and red berry fruits, cut with gentle spice, scattered amaro herbs and some notes of tobacco, leather and turned earth further in the distance. Built for pizza.
