A lovely, finely-honed and intensely aromatic Adelaide Hills Gewürztraminer from Anthony Pearce at Gestalt Wines. It’s packed full of all those head-spinning characters that the variety is famous for - rosewater, Turkish Delights, lychee, bath salts and a cacophony of floral shenanigans. It’s a ripper; bright and focussed yet plenty of weight and texture to boot and wonderful, perfumed drinking.
