This Mornington vineyard is situated at a lower elevation than the Merricks site. Leaner and more red fruit-fuelled than its Merricks sibling, it’s made with no whole bunch. Bright acidity, juicy fruit, savoury and spice undertones. Delicate and prettily perfumed with red florals, raspberry, cranberry. Decant now or sit on your hands and enjoy in a few years. A must-try for Pinot lovers!
