Why we love this Wine
Ooh it’s a fancy one. Freisa is a local favourite, but is relatively unknown outside of Piedmont. Dark ruby with black cherry on the nose along with spice and white pepper. On the palate it opens up to earth, smoke, tobacco and herbs, moody and brooding. Proper special stuff from the Vajra family's Bricco delle Viole home vineyard.
