Why we love this Wine
From a less-trodden path within the Jura, this Vin Jaune is a family affair from a 3rd-generation winemaker. The usual process of wild ferment, not topped up, and left to develop those rich, oxidative qualities. So complex, dry and beautifully salty. Nuts, cumin and high-toned acid. A fine example for sure. What a find.
