Why? Why not? Also, because this was a cracker year. One of Australia’s true icon wines here, elegant style, with ripping strength of character. Deep aromatics, opulence and Shiraz power, in-check ripeness, tannins and length. Layer after layer to unpack, with its serious cellaring potential so obvious. This vintage saw 6% co-fermented Viognier.
