Why we love this Wine
When we’re fantasising about ‘good-value’ Chablis, this is our go-to wine. Then again, if anyone’s packing oysters we’ll crack this too. Consistency from Sebastien Christophe, expect lemon, salinity and smoke. But it's the mineral finish that goes on for days, and days, and… wait, where were we? Dreamy.
