Cult drinking from a prolific winemaker out of Campania, Italy. Never not good, the Paski comes from 70-year-old Coda di Volpe vines, spending four days on skins before being pressed off to chestnut botti for a year. Wines of upfront minerality like you find nowhere else. Exploration is mandatory.
